Returns & Refunds

We want you to be happy with your purchase from The Tote Bags. If you are not fully satisfied, you may request a return within 3 to 4 days of receiving your order.

To start a return, please contact us at info@thetotebags.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.

Returned items must be unused, clean, in original condition, and in original packaging where possible.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at info@thetotebags.co.uk with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
